A grixis draw deck is nothing new, but this deck really would rather not play Nekusar or any of his ilk. Instead this deck looks to win through Black Vise -like effects. If card advantage is one of the most important parts of magic why not weaponize it. This deck was inspired by Storm World , and so it runs all the similar effects and is facilitated by cards with parallel draw effects. This makes Nekusar an easy commander to choose, but if you truly want to embrace the flavor, and you don't care about winning you could replace Nekusar with any other Grixis commander.
