Nephalia's Scourge is there so I can play grixis and...well...I want a deck that is close to the saying of "my deck is as good as yours is".

Suggestions on what to add/take out would be great! I also am not worried about land because I can always fix it later and care more about the structure of the deck than how my mana looks atm. Remember to keep it budget fellas!
