Grixis Suicide Control

Standard Control UBR (Grixis)

Tomnomnom

Sideboard

Updated version of Grixis Control - Dragon's Return. Aim was to make that deck a lot faster as it was easily getting stomped by aggro. Introduced Duskmantle Seer as a primary win-con and Dimir Charm s to offset some of the price I have to pay/make sure the enemy gets hurt. Other than that the only new cards from M14 are Young Pyromancer which acts as an alt win-con/chump blocker and Doom Blade which is pretty self explanatory. I'm currently working on obtaining the rest of the shocklands so I can take out the guildgates but at the moment it looks like they'll be there for a while.

Updates Add

THEROS ROTATE REPLACEMENT TIMEEEE:

Good Card Switches:

Tribute to Hunger to Devour Flesh: Easy choice, allows me to sac Duskmantle Seer when things aren't going as planned

Dissipate is out for Dissolve: Dissipate was pretty sweet but Dissolve's scry is hopefully going to give the edge when the Seer is on the battlefield, or at the very least stop me taking 4 damage from an Jace, Architect of Thought that I don't need.

Magmaquake to Anger of the Gods: Another great card switch one I'm more than happy to make as this deck needs a better sweeper.

Dimir Guildgate to Temple of Deceit: Gate with scry, seems pree-legit

Switches I'm not sure about:

Think Twice for 2x Read the Bones and 2x Quicken: In terms of early card-draw there isn't much that beats Think Twice in standard. Read the bones seems quite good but I'm not entirely sure I need voluntary lifeloss with this deck as the Seers give enough trouble as it is.Quicken and the other sorceries should hopefully be enough to keep me drawing.

Bad Switches:

Olivia Voldaren for Hythonia the Cruel: It's great having a almost complete boardwipe in black but it costs a lot to activate and it just doesn't match the utility of Voldaren.

Desolate Lighthouse for an Island: Not really much to say haha

Sideboard Wisee:

-1 Diabolic Tutor and -2 Sever the Bloodline for 3 Dark Betrayal: Dark Betrayal is a nice sideboard option for Doom Blade in case of decks that use a lot of black

Theros seems pretty sweet so far, haven't really done much testing with these changes so I'm hoping they work out. As usual any suggestions would be awesome. Thanks :D
