The deck is fairly consistent because of things like Twincast

The deck takes between 4-6 turns to kick off. After Nekusar begins the card advantage gained for cycling through until something like Wheel of Fortune, Teferi's Puzzle Box, Font of Mythos, Seizan, Perverter of Truth, Jace's Archivist or Magus of the Jar.

the general idea of the deck is just a consistent group slug deck that can win if you want to actually focus, if you dont want to play too competitively you can just cause chaos for everyone's game plans.

The deck doesn't target one particular player which makes it a bit more of a target in multiplayer games.
