This is my favorite deck type, mono black. I thought it would be a nice juxtaposition with us going into the guild sets.

We have Divest , Duress , and Kitesail Freebooter for hand disruption.

Walk the Plank , Cast Down , and Vraska's Contempt for removal along with Phyrexian Scriptures as a sweeper.

Our finishers are Josu Vess, Lich Knight , Phylactery Lich , and Doom Whisperer along with Isareth the Awakener for recursion.

We have some card advantage and sideboard artifacts in the main to fuel Lich in the form of Treasure Map  , Sorcerous Spyglass , and Silent Gravestone along with the third chapter form Scriptures.

Finally, we sideboard in Arterial Flow , Heartless Pillage , and Raiders' Wake against decks that run very few creatures along with more artifacts.

There are some card competitions happening in my mind such as Phyrexian Scriptures vs Ritual of Soot so please make some suggestions!!
