I cannot take full credit for this deck since I saw it on MTG Arena and tried to recreate it because it looked like fun, but this is an Standard Izzet Spells deck that uses drakes, phoenixes, and Niv-Mizzet as finishers. Chemister's Insight, Opt, Radical Idea, and even Crackling Drake are sources of card advantage, while Banefire, Lava Coil, and Lightning Strike are your spot removal. Ionize and Syncopate are your counterspells, while Crackling Drake, Arclight Phoenix, and Niv-Mizzet, Parun, are your finishers / threats (as is Banefire if you get that late in the game). Goblin Electromancer also helps you to cast more spells more quickly and leaves your turn three open to counter whatever your opponent would have tried to sneak in if you cast something like Enigma Drake instead. This deck operates out of a control shell while (hopefully) jumpstarting an Arclight Phoenix into your graveyard with Chemister's Insight or Radical Idea so that it can come back later to beat face (for 3 points of damage a turn...)
