Running several counter-gaining vampires as well as Curse of Stalked Prey to ramp up creatures early. With a few counters, Falkenrath Exterminator can remove blockers, and Rancor helps ensure creatures get through to deal damage and ramp. Corpsejack Menace kicks counter-ramping into high gear once it's on the field. Falkenrath Marauders serve as late-game heavy hitters. A ramped Champion of Lambholt can make the entire team nigh-unblockable.

In the sideboard, Abrupt Decay provides reliable removal against Delver and other control-type decks, Slitherheads act as chump blockers and should help put that crucial counter on Falkenrath Exterminator when the opponent has an able blocker. Golgari Charm is useful against decks running weenies/tokens or board wipes. Electrickery provides early field clearing against other aggro decks.
