He could nearly taste the fetid in the brew, squishing the cork back in, leering unto a graying sky. He had hoped to see something, if not remorse, a sort of pride perhaps? Afloat in lament, stashing the bottle in the one thing of vibrant color existing on this bleak plane, his deceptively gaping tailcoat pocket, he tried gathering himself. Of course, he had had a tad too much; a slight smile formed by once slightly perched lips held together by weathered cheeks. The sun set over its progeny, the clouds, made by it and the assaulted seas. Sank with it, a promise, now renounced, there was no wonder it met a face that used to smile.

An accomplished euphoria set about his misery, as he stretched his palms across a table of air. He could feel the mana, living as does it rejoice. This grand landscape he escaped too, was a place he could grimace in platitude. Once upon another life, he believed he was living as but a ghost, unable to interact with the very world, no matter unto which he traveled. Rather, untrue... He was of the living, attempting to live in the realm of his deceased. Experiences choked out from his eternity, for he was without, yet supposedly alive. With his mind returning, his youth now faded like the specter of who he truly is, lost in the wilderness between said worlds.

Suddenly this peace, he had allotted to pouring an apparent increasing dread was discovered by some alien force. Like bees before honey, not knowing of the bear. Calluding pests, would be rival walkers, now here to do such pestering. With a vision of that moss-bellied, dusk colored obscurity looking back, albeit questionably upon anything at all, a spirited battle might serve to gratify a gloomy companion. He gathered that mana, ready to call forth Teneb, the Harvester. Woeful grandeur is best celebrated in sullying, for remembrance from a place of something worth grieving is the true treasure of a festering heart.
