I pulled a Grusilda, Monster Masher and knew I had to make a commander deck around it. She's not totally broken or weird but does enable some pretty crazy combos. It's a lot of fun for sure. Because Grusilda, Monster Masher can do some busted stuff, goal is to disrupt until you have 10 mana and a haste granter so you can use her immediately for devastating value and turns.

One of the things I do know about R/B as a color combo in EDH is that it has a difficulty dealing with enchantments, so in order to solve this I included some eldrazi and cards that have the potential to steal cards from opponents. That way you as a player have more opportunity to deal with some effects that can really mess up your gameplan.

Another difference this deck does compared to some other Grusilda decks is the extremely high quantity of creatures (42 creatures not including Grusilda herself). I did this because Grusilda's ability can also just make extremely giant beatface machines. Even if your one creature is only a 2/2 or a 3/3, if you pair it up with something of similar size (or bigger), you are getting a pretty large threat with menace. This isn't even talking about the more broken creature combos you can make as well. When almost every creature "matters" to an opponent's deck, they get into really tough board states sometimes assuming they do not have a lot of tokens. Basically take large chunks of damage vs. keep their creatures even though the deck will also focus on disrupting the opponent.

Final difference is that the deck plays some what of a "controlling" role with numerous ways to disrupt opponents (stealing spells, board wipes, Eldrazi, Blood Moon effects, lots of removal, etc...). While the deck may have issues at times with enchantments specifically, I wanted to include as much disruption in other ways as possible to mess with people's commanders and key creature cards.

In terms of winning, you can either look at just smashing people with giant creatures (including their own sometimes) or the infinite combo of sac outlet (Ashnod's Altar or Viscera Seer) + combined Puppeteer Clique + Flayer of the Hatebound for infinite damage. The deck can win at instant speed with this combo which is pretty nice to have. I made this to be somewhat competitive but not over the top, hence the lack of infect creatures.

After playing the deck a bunch of times, I can say that it is really fun to play! There's a ton of decisions and with the few tutors it does have, you never feel completely out of a game. The deck has a few combos that do some cool things and who doesn't like smacking creatures that were never meant to be together into a giant monster?

Definitely +1 upvote if you like it! I'll continue to modify this as I try more cards. Suggestions are always appreciated!

FYI I have both Twisted Abomination and Igneous Pouncer that count as lands essentially!
