Golgari Delirium has been a thing in both standard and modern for quite some time, so i wanted to try out a different color combinations.

So why go Gruul ?

Since many decks run greedy mana bases at the moment, Blood Moon seems like a strong card, while Tarmogoyf is one of the most mana efficient creatures ever to be printed.

  • Traverse the Ulvenwald is the key card of the deck and can tutor for any creature or any land for just .

  • Tarmogoyf benefits from all the different card types in our graveyard and can potentially be a 8/9 for

  • Ishkanah, Grafwidow gets 6 power and 11 toughness speard across 4 bodies on the battlefield for just , which helps against decks that go wide.

  • Mishra's Bauble gets and artifact into the graveyard and can spy our opponent's draw or act as a "scry 1" when used with a fetchland.

  • Lightning Bolt is an efficient removal/burn spell, while the similar cards Seal of Fire, Tarfire and Roast help to get additional card types in the graveyard.

  • Vessel of Nascency mills a bunch of cards as well as digging for much needed creatures, lands, or even Blood Moon.

  • Sweltering Suns can be cycled to get a sorcery into the graveyard, or played to sweep the board while almost all of our creatures are too big to get killed by it.

  • Deadshot Minotaur cycles for which gets a creature into the graveyard. It can also be played in the late game to shoot an enemy flyer.

I'm trying to make this (semi-)competitive, so suggestions are greatly appreciated! :)
