A Power based deck built around using different ramp effects to pump your creatures while Zilortha, Strength Incarnate's effect uses that power to keep them around on the field longer. When General Marhault Elsdragon is on your board, its effect can combo with Declare Dominance to force each of your opponents' creatures to block which can either devastate their board or deal massive damage while your others can swing without resistance. It can also be used alongside Treeshaker Chimera whose power is already tricky to get over, so with those two and your commander on the board, it's practically a win.
