• Colossus of Akros is arguably the biggest creature in standard right now; this deck is an attempt to make the most out of it! By utilising plenty of defenders about Axebane Guardian can be used to get a monstrous 20/20 colossus swinging for the win by turn 5 (opponents turn). All for under $20!

• The Deck

Colossus of Akros - The big man himself!

Guardian of the Ages - Another big swinger/ defender.

Grove of the Guardian - Another means of obtaining a beefy guardian.

Axebane Guardian - Provides ridiculous ramp given the vats number of defenders.

Sylvan Caryatid - More ramp; perfect two drop and has defender!

Pillar of War - A defender for AG to abuse that can also attack once you get an aura on him.

Prophet of Kruphix - Can let you play CoA and turn him monstrous in the same turn!

Archetype of Endurance - Protection for your rampers (it would be annoying to lose an axebane guardian before you can turn CoA monstrous) and your big guys.

Darksteel Forge - Protection for your win-cons.

Springleaf Drum - Turns anything into a mana-dork.

Peregrination - Nice ramp and the scy can be useful.

Karametra's Favor - Turns anyone into a mana-dork, provide draw and lets Pillar of War attack.

Ordeal of Nylea - As above, but provides land ramp instead of creature with some extra buffing.
