This deck started being based around enter the battlefield effects (such as thoughs of Thragtusk, Acidic Slime and Geist-Honored Monk) and making them trigger as many times as possible with cards such as Conjurer's Closet and Roaring Primadox . It then became clear that so many creatures entering the battlefield would easily pump up a Champion of Lambholt putting lots of pressure on the opponent as they probably wont be able to block. Restoration Angel and Cloudshift are good for combat tricks as well as re-triggering the effects that this deck is based around. Say i have a Champion of Lambholt, Restoration Angel, Geist-Honored Monk and Conjurer's Closet down; I just attacked with the Restoration Angel and Geist-Honored Monk, It's now my end step, Conjurer's Closet triggers, i choose to flicker 'Restoration Angel' which then flickers Geist-Honored Monk, Restoration Angel is now untapped and able to block (Geist-Honored Monk has vigilance anyway), Geist-Honored Monk gets two bigger and Chamipon of Lambholt get's four bigger and i get two 1/1 flyers. There are many other combos such as being able to exile things permenantly with Fiend Hunter and keep card advantage flickering Elvish Visionary if i have nothing else. Garruk Relentless is there only for his transformed -1 ability to sacrifice a creature and search your library to put another one in your hand. Arbor Elfs and Avacyn's Pilgrims are there obviously for mana ramp. Oblivion Rings for a bit more removal.
