A tier 2 deck attempt at making Guttersnipe a theme in Izzet. It's mostly control and getting cards into your hand with a lot of flashback abilities. The idea is to get a Goblin Electromancer and Guttersnipe into play and have enough control to protect them/yourself while dealing damage, and drawing cards to re-fuel while dealing damage. I originally referred to it as lazy control when I made it.

It definitely goes for a long drawn out game though in the rare situation of having two Guttersnipes and a Goblin Electromancer turn 4 against mid-range with the counter for their Thragtusk has led to beatdown via Goblins. The single Psychic Spiral is solely there because it is possible to go through a decent chunk of the deck before dealing lethal damage.
