This is a strange idea for a deck I had. It utilizes the re-cast-ability of cipher and the damage dealing from Guttersnipe. I don't have all of these cards but I am going to try to get the majority of them this Friday. Any tips and criticism are more then welcome.

Really cheap and cost effective was another thing I strove for in this deck. Fun to play, and can be good against aggro.
