A reconstruction of my previous guttersnipe deck Izzit Another Pun?.

I felt the previous Izzet deck and many of those I have seen remain unoriginal. Delver of Secrets bores me and seems to be overplayed, so I've made some changes and added Vexing Devil as a one drop replacement and added Phantasmal Image. So here's a breakdown of the new card choice.

Vexing Devil is just a cool card, and a wicked one drop. It works great with Snap; if my opponent takes the four damage I can simply bounce it back to my hand and play him again.

Phantasmal Image works really well with Guttersnipe, Vexing Devil, or anything nasty my opponents have.

Guttersnipe is the card this deck was built around. We tend to play a lot of multiplayer in out play group, so the moment I saw him for the first time, it was love.

Talrand, Sky Summoner is another cool guy. He's great for later game if it's dragging along. I can rapid fire spells for some drakes, and get a nicer looking board.

I like the Isochron Scepter and I think it works really well, especially with Reverberate and Snap.

The changes made have made things run smoother and closer to what I've been aiming for.
