Put Guttersnipe on the board, which gets triggered by damage-dealing instants and sorceries, which are cheap from the Goblin Electromancer s on the board. Use Quasiduplicate to copy those two creatures (casting Quasiduplicate on Goblin Electromancer if you only have one GE on the board and none in hand, I'd say; the rest of the duplications can be cast on Guttersnipe ).

Example of how cheap it is to do big damage: Say there are 2 Guttersnipes and 2 Goblin Electromancer s on the board. I cast Shock on my opponent (2 dmg), triggering both Guttersnipe s (4 more dmg), then pay R to cast Skewer the Critics (3 dmg), which also triggers both Guttersnipes (4 more dmg), and maybe I pay another R to cast another Skewer the Critics (3 dmg), which again triggers both Guttersnipe s (4 more dmg). I paid a total RRR to deal 20 damage to my opponent.
