Hey, i like the idea you have for your deck, but.. for me it's too slow. You should add some Arbor Elf or something like that to make you have more mana in early, so be faster to cast your big creatures. You'll need more mana, cause your main defence (in your description) is Sphere of Safety that cost 5, So that mean that you are almost defenceless until the 5th turn. For me, you should take out things like Wall of Swords and Rust Scarab . Revoke Existence is good.. but in the sideboard.

Peregrination have a too high cost for getting more land. I suggest Gatecreeper Vine that give you a defender to have a little more defence and having one more land, Lay of the Land that is only one mana cost or Ordeal of Nylea cause it's an enchantment.

You should take more Sphere of Safety . It's a main card of your deck, but you only have 1/60 chance of getting it. Plus, if you have more than one in play, that will stack, so it will double/triple the amount of mana your opponent will need to attack you. That will make you unattackable.

Maybe you can add some Hopeful Eidolon . It's a really good enchantment creature. It can be played in first turn and it will add another enchantment for your Sphere of Safety .

If i think about somethink else, i will let you know, and if you have any question, i will answer as best as i can

Thank you for the advice, I was hoping to keep this deck standard until Return to Ravnica becomes modern but I think I will add some Elvish Mystic to help with the ramp. Gatecreeper Vine sounds like a great addition and i will add more Sphere of Safety when I acquire them. Hopeful Eidolon also sounds like it could be a good addition. Thank you again for the help!

No problem, if you want some help with anything, i love helping. Plus, I really like low budget deck. So i'm always trying to find good cards combination that are cheap :)

sorry to say, but this deck is way to slow to be aggro especially with how inconsistent it is...it's more midrange.
