GW Collected using +1/+1 counters

Standard* Collected Company Counters GW (Selesnya)

Maybeboard

A typical Collected Company beat down deck but utilizing +1/+1 counters for assistance. If your wondering about the high creature count, don't worry. Most of the creatures gets shifted around with the sideboard on game 2, which I'll explain later on

Big Role Players

Anafenza, Kin-Tree Spirit: Your army of 2/2s automatically becomes 3/3s. Plus, she makes other cards much better

Avatar of the Resolute: Pairs very nicely with Anafenza cause he comes in BIG. Reach to take out flyers on defense, Trample to walk over tokens on offense.

Collected Company: The heart and soul of the deck. Surprise blockers, or surprise bonus effects.

Mastery of the Unseen: Not quite as explosive as Collected Company, but it provides a steady stream of creatures which triggers Bolster

Things you hope to never see in your hand. Either ambush them with Collected or un-manifest them

Abzan Falconer: Guess what Anafenza was giving to your creatures... WINGS. Once he hits the field, say good bye token wall and hello skies. Even on defense, he makes your creatures with +1/+1 counters able to jump up and block.

Valuable Support Cast

Den Protector: Bring back a card to your hand, and able to swing through token decks, I'll take it

Hidden Dragonslayer: Lifelink against Agro and a super relevant megamorph ability since all my stuff are usually only 3/3s. Plus he could clear a path for Den Protector to punch through

Vryn Wingmare: Since we run a super creature heavy deck, having to pay more for the odd Collected Company/Dromoka's Command isnt that much of a big deal. For your opponent on the other hand, their removal now cost much MUCH more. Works even better if you manage to bring it out with Collected Company at the end of their turn.

Hangarback Walker: Back in the deck once more. Not great, but still very decent because he can grow out of control once every couple of games. Still subject to come out whenever I get those Deathmist Raptors

Liliana, Heretical Healer  : You can cast her if you want, but she's much better if you bring it in with Collected Company or manifest it with Mastery of the Unseen. Her +2 is super relevant cause I don't care too much about my hand most the time. Even her -X can bring back Falconer onto the field before I start attacking.

Kytheon, Hero of Akros  : Filling in as a potential one drop that can still hit. Not quite sure how it fits but I will stick with it for now.

Nissa, Vastwood Seer  : I find myself, most often, in a midgame fight. I lack ammo in the early game and have horrible late game. Hopefully, Nissa can assist my mid-range problems.

Knight of the White Orchid: Trial card in the deck, I want to see if it makes any impact before committing more into my deck

Non-Creature Support Cast

Dromoka's Command: You fight, you prevent burn, someone sacs an enchantment or someone gets a +1/+1 counter .... I'll take it. Very weak against creature less decks though -.-

Sideboard Stuff

Tragic Arrogance: Too much mid-range decks appeared on Origin release. Had to put this in as a potential nuke.

Despise: Up against creature heavy decks? Here we go, take out their threats before they get a chance to cast it

Dromoka's Command: Same as my other explaination

Duress: Up against control variant? Here we go, take out those nukes/removal/Digs

Hallowed Moonlight: Worried about tokens or other Collected Company decks? We got an answer, right here. Plus it draws you a card

Murderous Cut: Very good against any big creature decks (R/x/x variants).

Whisperwood Elemental: Going up against a GW collected/manifest? He'll speed up your opponents clock and keep you safe.

Things under consideration

1. The first thing you would notice is the lack of Deathmist Raptors. That is a problem that will keep haunting me till I get get them. Originally the build did not focus on the Den-Raptor combination and it proved successful but not quite as successful as the Den-Raptor combination. This deck also adds a slight element of surprise cause I had people name Deathmist Raptor with their Infinite Obliteration and found out that their sideboard card won't do what it was intended to do. Or they would be super afraid cause half of my board is face-down and I haven't flipped anything up yet when I attack.

2. This deck was built with new Zendikar in mind. You notice a lack of cards from Theros or M15 which made this deck much weaker. Its true that if I added Fleecemane Lion or Hornet Nest or Reclamation Sage into my deck/sideboard, it would make my deck much stronger. Once rotation comes along, I don't have to worry about replacing anything, just gotta worry about what to put into my deck if something looks good.

Thank You for any and all feedback given. I will take it into consideration when redesigning the deck

Updates Add

First FNM upon Origins release, seen a lot of R/U Thopter decks being played but overall, quite a pleasant change of scenery.

Round 1: 2-1 R/U Thopter Deck Overall: An ok deck, but it still doesn't seen to do much outside of limited.

Game 1: Ensoul Artifact + Ornithopter = Wrecked me hard. I wasn't able to protect the Abzan Falconer enough to make an impact on the board due to all those burn spells

Game 2: Sideboard in more Dromoka's Command to deal with those burn spells and it worked great. Stopped those pesky Stoke the Flames and even manage to fight off a few Thopter tokens

Game 3: Steamrolled over him with Gideon when he was a PW. Abzan Falconer made everything shine.

Round 2: 2-0 Abzan Control

Game 1: Vryn Wingmare shined like a spotlight. All those pesky kill spells were dead in his hand. Even Languish wasn't able to save him from my 6/6 Avatar of the Resolute

Game 2: Sided in some Duress to take out a few kill spells before they could hit me. Wasn't exactly a walk in the park, but manage to avoid going to game 3 when I top decked a Collected Company + getting two creatures off of it to trigger Bolster.

Round 3: 2-0 G/B Collected Elves

Game 1: I hate those Shaman of the Pack, made my life extremely difficult. Abzan Falconer made my life much easier to attack since I didn't have to worry too much about all those elf tokens

Game 2: Sided in Tragic Arrogance and it was extremely useful. Made a big splash against all those damn elves that I had fly over.

Round 4: 1-2 Mono-Red Goblins

Game 1: All those goblins made my life miserable. Once again, Abzan Falconer was a bright light that flew over all those damn tokens

Game 2: Remember that Goblin Piledriver + Goblin Rabblemaster ? Ran into that again, and it stomped in right into the ground.

Game 3: Got outswarmed by Goblin tokens. He didn't even manage to get Piledriver or Rabblemaster out and I still manage to lose to those tokens. -.-

Lesson Learned:

Abzan Falconer shined REALLY bright in this deck. An all-star of the deck

Still struggling with aggro decks but overall, I like what i'm seeing (minus all the goblin decks)
