+1/+1 counters, hyper-efficient + as much trample as I could fit into the deck. The sideboard needs some fairly major help. Suggestions for either would be appreciated!

With Nissa showing up in Oath, and some other solid things coming out of the new Zendikar block, I decided to alter the deck to make it a 4-color deck, to open up some protection and reactive options, in order to keep the deck on it's primary track... killing the opponent as quickly and as efficiently as possible. I've dropped black completely, since most of the black options I wanted to add were all double-black. But in exchange, I've made the deck more primarily green, with small splashes of red, white and blue. The sideboard needs a fairly major update, though. Tell me what you think?

I know I need at least one more copy of Nissa in here. But any other suggestions for mainboard cards? The idea of the deck is to mulligan fairly aggressively to see a turn-1 Scales, and then try to get down creatures who bring their own counters to the party, in order to hit a fairly large Avatar. Protect what I've got down, and use pump/removal spells to get chump blockers out of the way. Adding Skyrider Elf gave me some much-needed EXTRA early counter generation, plus a secondary form of evasion, when needed.
