Sideboard

A GW value deck, that has built-in hate cards against many common decks;

[Ghost Quarter] - land destruction vs Tron [Qasali Pridemage] - artifact and enchantment destruction vs Affinity, Bogles [Scavenging Ooze] - graveyard hate vs Dredge, Living End [Eidolon of Rhetoric] - vs Storm, Ad Nauseam and other multi-card combo decks [Courser of Kruphix] - lifegain vs Burn

The deck also features a value engine, that can strip your opponents of all lands except their basics. As many decks in Modern do not run many basics, this can often be crippling. The engine uses [Azusa, Lost but Seeking], [Ramunap Excavator] and [Ghost Quarter] to destroy up to 3 lands per turn.

In addition, the deck has favourable matchups theoretically against decks such as Grixis Deaths Shadow, as it can generate a lot of creatures, which can be used to chump-block the [Death's Shadow]. [Voice of Resurgence] shines in this role.

Currently the deck has no defense against flying creatures, and may also struggle against swarming strategies such as Elves and Tokens.
