You're deck's not really cut out to take on many archetypes in modern. This format tends to be highly explosive and people usually emphasize turn 4 as a decisive moment in games. Your aim should be to establish a boardstate or presence sufficient enough to either win or take control of the game by then. As things stand, your deck is simply far too slow. Not only that, you don't have many ways to interact with your opponent. This means they get to untap and win without much concern.
GW is not an efficient color combination for playing combo-based decks. It lacks countermagic and often has trouble finding the pieces it needs to win games. Even if you get Midnight Guard+Presence of Gond off, it doesn't actually win you the game then and there. There's a pretty popular archetype called splinter twin in Modern that does this exact same thing through the cards Splinter Twin+Deceiver Exarch. The big difference here is that the tokens have haste, thus winning a turn sooner and the fact that you can flash in Deceiver Exarch.
Anyways, going GW tokens isn't necessarily bad, but you'll need to prioritize speed, resiliency, and the ability to interact with your opponent. Even then, GW tokens isn't exactly competitive. If you're fine with all of this, I can try to give you more specific feedback.
Let me know what you actually want out of this deck.

I'd like a nice deck that can hold it's own against multiple other decks, and can win without relying entirely on the combos, but can also use a combo to secure a win. In playtesting, I have found that I don't actually get any creatures out until about turn three, if anyone could help with that I would REALLY appreciate it. I use some spells to put in tokens, and others to buff them. Thanks for the feedback!

In that case, put in some ramp. Birds of Paradise costs a bit. If you want a cheaper alternative, go with Elvish Mystic. Drop some of the more expensive anthem effects you have. Go with things like Intangible Virtue instead. They come out sooner. Hero of Bladehold is godly if you can afford a few copies. Basically take out these cards:
- Avenger of Zendikar
- Essence of the Wild
- Greenweaver Druid
- Trostani, Selesnya's Voice
- White Sun's Zenith
- Beastmaster Ascension
- Cathars' Crusade
- Hour of Reckoning
- Nomads' Assembly
- Garruk, Primal Hunter
These cards are just too damn slow. Instead, consider cards like:
- Intangible Virtue
- Selesnya Charm
- Emeria Angel
- Avacyn's Pilgrim
- Elvish Mystic
- Advent of the Wurm
- Spectral Procession
Prioritize efficiency. You want all your cards to matter early and have an impact as soon as possible.

Hmm. I would like to keep Essence of the Wild, because it and when you can get it out, it's really powerful. I'd also like to keep Cathars' Crusade, Beastmaster Ascension and Nomads' Assembly because these are all super powerful. I found that when playing in a test, I could get about 6 6/6s in 2 turns, as soon as I got cathar's crusade and elspeth out. Nomads' Assembly is actually really powerful. Double your creatures, then do it again. I never saw Hero of Bladehold but it looks amazing. Thanks so much for the suggestions!

Added a whole bunch of suggested cards, and removed some unnessesary ones. Thanks so much for the suggestions!

Because you're using Enlightened Tutor this deck isn't modern legal anymore. Maybe delete it for 2 more Path to Exile

I think Call of the Conclave and Brimaz, King of Oreskos should be some cards that I would add. Maybe Vitu-Ghazi Guildmage?

Also Blade Splicer? And I see that you have Call sideboarded, but I would think you'd want them in the main.

One other thing, for the lands, I would add some Horizon Canopy and Stirring Wildwood.

The reason I say no for Blade Splicer, Vitu-Ghazi Guildmage, and upping Call of the Conclave is because. This deck focuses on overwhelming them with sheer numbers rather than brute force. Blade splicer would be good for a golem deck, but not really g/w tokens. I really like Stirring Wildwood, so I may add 2-4 of them. What should I remove?

Either Khalni Garden, Blossoming Sands or Selesnya Sanctuary. I would replace those lands anyways.

I'm trying to make a similar deck (Ordered Growth, if you wanna check it), and while doing it, i tried to list all the cards that could fit in, and though it might interest you: Selesnya cartes. I think you know most of them but who know, it might help you.
