Aim

Use Doran to make high toughness creatures into massive threats with a subtheme of win from nowhere hits with poison counters.

The benefit of high toughness low power creatures is their relatively low cmc making them easy to cast. Hitting Doran on turn 3 means commander damage wailing in fast (at least for a casual game).

A variety of evasion techniques help get damage through such as trample and skulk, the preference being non-aura spells to avoid losing the ability if a creature gets removed e.g. Behemoth Sledge, Skeleton Key, Vorrac Battlehorns, Behind the Scenes, etc.

A few one sided board wipes based on power (Fell the Mighty, Slaughter the Strong, Wave of Reckoning) often help keep the board state in check.

Some of the 'game changing' cards in this deck include Maha, Its Feathers Night reducing opponents boards to effectively 1/1's, Zetalpa, Primal Dawn providing 16 flying damage, and Triumph of the Hordes with the right board presence a 1 turn infect win.
