Pack Rat sideboard from my experience this guy helps you empty your hand and generates big creatures so your opponents won't be able to swing in if they destroy your Ensnaring Bridge somehow.

Thanks for the suggestion, I love Pack Rat. He saw a lot of play when my deck was mono black, but Lingering Souls kinda beat him out in the splash. If my meta had less removal or better opportunities for him he would make it into the sideboard.

Buried Ruin is good for retrieving destroyed Ensnaring Bridges.

Dakmor Salvage + Raven's Crime soft-locks the opponent out of a hand.

Howltooth Hollow is pretty easy to trigger in 8-Rack.

Howltooth Hollow looks pretty cool but i'm not sure how much value I would get when most of my cards make my opponent discard.

Have you considered Lupine Prototype as another way of beating face or as a big meat shield against More aggressive decks?

I would try Lupine Prototype in a Mono Black build alongside cards like Nyxathid or Pack Rat. I'm most excited to try Collective Brutality out in my current build.

In my discard deck I like to run Liliana's Caress, Waste Not, Tormod's Crypt, Sign in Blood (force them to draw and discard), Distress (in my opinion, better than Inquisition of Kozilek-- for 1 extra mana there's no mana cap to the card you force them to discard. you can get rid of a real heavy hitter or something that could be a bigger problem to you)

In my playgroup, Inquisition of Kozilek hits 4/5 times so i'm pretty happy there. Though I do like a forced draw discard set-up using Liliana's Caress.

I would actually play 4 Raven's Crime and 3 Wrench Mind. Crime is a card you definitely want to see by turn 3, plus crime can't get hit by Spell Snare, so it's always as least a one for one for one mana. I like the white splash though. Plus the Lingering Souls under Ensnaring Bridge cheese is glorious lol. +1 from me for sure

Also, I think you may want to think about having a painless mana base. Godless Shrine is sweet, but it gets away from what you ultimately want to be doing. Going up to 4 Isolated Chapel and adding more basic swamps seems a bit better IMO. A big reason 8 rack works so well is because you don't get hit with Blood Moon nearly as hard as most, and Scapeshift decks cant just 18 you. Shrine starts to pull away from that

Thanks for all the advice, and the upvotes. The deck is a work in progress and I am always open to making it more efficient

Maybe u have to add something like:

Fragmentize (!!!! OP ) ;Demystify or Disenchant

in your Sideboard against hardcounters like Leyline of Sanctity, cause of my experience.

I know it's a personal preference, but Smallpox is a AWESOME-Card. It does all u need = Slow down the Game by killing threats (creatures) and Lands (very important against this fu.... Tron and Eldrazi decks) and a little bit of Damage (maybe also the needed 1 dmg to make the game )

I like using Anguished Unmaking as my catch-all. Smallpox is a great card, and I have used it before when I didn't have the budget for Ensnaring Bridge. I'll give it a second look to see if I can find room for it in the main.

I find Disenchant an awesome sideboard card. I am also a big fan of Bontu's Last Reckoning over Damnation but I run the Smallpox variant with white in the board. With Storm making a return, Collective Brutality is an amazing card since it can take out the Goblin Electromancer and the instant/sorcery that you know they have in hand. It's even better against burn. Very refreshing take on 8-rack (even though I am confused why you have 7 mainboard and 1 sideboard. Why not use the SB space for something better?)

I like the Blinkmoth Nexus as for your maybe board i don't think Intangible Virtue would do much for you.
