This is the idea, other than the mono red aggro deck, that I was thinking about for a standard deck tech, but budget. This is for the challenge series by zandl

It will feature Sphinx tutelage and lots of ways to make the opponents deck vanish while trying to keep yourself alive until their deck is gone. Remember, only commons and uncommons are allowed in the deck. Mono Blue, strategy? Get rid of the opponents deck ASAP!!
