I recently took a survey entitled "What's your color? The Ultimate three color test!" from mtgsalvation. I took both versions and overwhelmingly had one color pairing that stood out above the rest: Jund. For some reason, I looked through my decks and discovered I have no Jund edh deck built whatsoever. In honor of my received score, I felt it was high time I throw together one, and possibly my favorite commander in the colors, Shattergang Brothers. I have played similar sacrifice strategies in the past (Savra, Queen of the Golgari, Teysa, Orzhov Scion) and currently still pilot everyone's favorite fungus shaman Ghave, Guru of Spores. I love the idea of controlling the board state without having to interact with counter magic or targeted removal. Shatter Bros offers that exact pinpoint precision I lacked in the previous generals, who all benefited from more token strategies to deal with pesky creatures, but with the added benefit of dealing with almost all permanent types (minus planeswalkers and lands). Without further ado, I give you a deck of brotherly love for the whole table! :)
