Very straightforward idea here. Play deathtouch creatures and turn them into removal using Halana. Segnir gets bigger from the bloodbath and swings in for commander damage.

NEAT COMBOS

Rat-Gat: Use Ogre Slumlord's rat token as removal with Halana, Kessig Ranger's ability. When the oponent's creature dies a new rat token will be spawned. Use Ashnod's Altar to sac the old rat for mana to pay for Halana, Kessig Ranger's ability on the new one. You can do this as many times as there are creatures to be killed.

Vat of Greed: Sidisi, Undead Vizier can stick herself in the MImic Vat for a tutor every turn.

#SacNotSac: Not really a combo as such, but a nice additional feature of Halana, Kessig Ranger's Ability. She can actually make the creature entering deal damage to itself! Whilst not obviously useful, it can be used to get the last few counters of Sengir, the Dark Baron if there are not other viable targets to deathtoutch.
