Remove your opponent's hand to deal damage to them every turn through the artifacts and enchantments. Lay the Necrogen Mists and Gibbering Descents early and don't worry about having to discard any of your own cards, if you need them there will be more in the deck. Use Insidious Dreams early on (the sooner the better) and discard your entire hand to fetch any cards you may need as well as an Ensnaring Bridge to stop any opponent from attacking. Enchant your opponent with Paradox Haze to double the amount of damage you can do to them each turn, it's also usually the only way to get your Quests to work
