I read in your description that you want to win as fast as possible. I feel if you drop your overall CMC of the deck down to majorly 4 drops or less, add in lots of cheap mana rocks in place of some lands, (This will let you ramp in the early game and decrease the amount of lands you draw in each wheel. I've found that around 28 lands is best with around 23 mana rocks. This let's you consistently cast nekusar around turn 2-3 and still hit lands when casting wheels) and also cutting down the mana intensive spells, will let you chain together more spells in a single turn; ultimately letting you increase your damage output per turn. Take a look a Nekusar's Perfect Storm for an example of the card options listed. I've even killed on turn 1 three times now! Lol

So I like the deck it's a different take than my own, but this is all I got for you:
- Crawlspace - for obvious reasons...
- Jin-Gitaxias, Core Augur - I don't think this needs explaining on how good it is.
- Intellectual Offering - Card advantage, Nek triggers, and untapped creatures to hinder with their attacks...

PrestonShilling - The reason I haven't completely gone all in because I don't want to be too susceptible to mass artifact hate and counterspells. However, I will definitely try the even more mana rock version as test and maybe even storm.
DrkNinja - Usually whenever I get hit its either one or two creatures so Crawlspace would be lackluster and I would probably prefer Meekstone if I needed the effect. Jin is too expensive outside of reanimation deck and I would want my opponent to draw as well. Intellectual Offering is lackluster in terms of drawing compared to wheels even though its technically a free card but it still takes up a slot and it also doesn't affect all players.

Hive Mind is incredible in this deck also Enter the Infinite goes well with it, so if you cast a everyone draw a lot of cards spell or a wheel affect, it could take out all other players in a multiplayer game.

I'm going to make this deck but for now I'm on like a couple hundred budget, what should I take out of the list?

It may have been mentioned before, but Force of Will has been amazing for me, and so has Mental Misstep! Both are "free" counterspells and are simply amazing in EDH.

CheeseBro - I can assure you I would have at least try it out. However, according to the thread on it they are changing the rules so Nekusar triggers won't go on stack with the effect if such a change occurs making the card meaningless for this deck.
Greendawg81 - Tried it but the chance of it backfiring is great especially against those with counterspells that are tappedout and suddenly have a new outlet to counter since I have been giving them cards all this time.
Weirdhat - If it dealt damage or had another effect I would use it but the way it is I rather have some other form of card draw.
Thanks for commenting! For anyone else who may comment in the future until Mid to Late August expect extremly late replies. :3
