Do you think 6 counter spells will be enough? In the previous form of Esper Dragons people ran 8 (I ran 10) along with a bunch of kill.

Aelifre I am currently trying to find a good balance between counter/kill, but I feel like I don't have enough of either. I wanted to add either some Spell Shrivel, Disdainful Stroke, or Calculated Dismissal, but I'm conflicted about which one to go with and what I should cut. I'm also a bit concerned about the suite of kill spells I am using. Any suggestions?

Foul-tongue, Ruinous Path, and Utter End are very good, Murderous cut isn't bad but you have to account for it being with Dig Through Time but you're only running 1/3 so it's pretty solid. I'm glad you don't have ultimate price in, I don't know if eldrazi will actually make an impact in standard or not.Also I feel like you need to drop the Icefall for a 4th Ojutai, it may seem bad playing 4 of a legendary but it's so damn good you want to be slamming it down t5. Also Languish is really good, even if you kill your own ojutai. Having it t4 is phenomenal. And out of the somewhat okay six counters spells we have, I think Spell Shrivel, Horribly Awry, Scatter to the Winds, and Silumgar's Scorn should all be in the deck somehow. Maybe not Spell Shrivel if you're not a fan but the latter 3 I personally believe need a spot.

Also consider cutting some delve spells, 4 seem like too much to feed

If you do go up on counters, consider Clash of Wills or Scatter to the Winds over those other options. I've tested with all three, and they're all more narrow than the above 2 options.
