I've been after building a Damia deck where the entire objective is to slow everyone else down to prevent them from killing you whilst you build up a ridiculous win con. The only problem was, Damia has already been used too many times. This deck is very similar to a Damia deck except in white/blue and with Hanna as the commander!

Combos:Enchanted Evening + Arenson's Aura or Teferi's Care = Destroy everything (White Sun's Zenith for things to Sac) Other option is Aura Thief to steal all permanents.

Dovescape + Guile = Whenever a player plays a spell it is countered and I get to cast it for free.

Spin into Myth or Condemn + Tunnel Vision = I put target creature onto the bottom of your library then cast Tunnel Vision, naming that card.

Spirit Mirror + Unnatural Selection = Turn any creature into a reflection, destroy for 0 with Spirit Mirror.

Opalescence + Parallax Wave = Blink spells like oblivion ring and banishing light to exile anything.
