Hanna, Ship's Navigator is the ultimate Control General.

She allows you to be very political in a game by having multiple ways to shut down creatures though wrath effects or though pacifism type cards.

You might be asking yourself how do you win? by stealing other player's creatures of course. There a multiple enchantments that allow you to steal someone's creatures and then beat them with it.
