this is a mono blue agro devotion deck I designed. Its goal in opening game is to delay the opponent with while drawing cards and building devotion. I do this with jace, remand, martyr of frost, and serum visions. I use cards like phantasmal image for master of waves later, but has some utility early game. All my 3 mana spells are creatures, I did this because I want my aether vial to sit at 3. I use creatures like vendillion clique and kira great glass spinner to eliminate threats, the other 3 mana creature is grand architect. grand architect is great because he adds 2 devotion, buffs all blue creatures, and allows you to cast phyrexian metamorph for free, he is great. The goal is to master of waves, and then copy it as much as you can. if you have architect out it will always be free to cast phyrexian metamorph, if not, hopefuly you have aether vial or cheaper cards like phantasmal image. once you have a massive army of elementals finish them off.
