I wanted to build a standard control/burn deck around Harness the Storm to use spells from the graveyard and then recycle with Shreds of Sanity and Perpetual Timepiece.

Creatures

I'm only running three separate creatures in the deck to make room for more spells, but they all benefit from playing spells.Stormchaser Mage is solid early game defender and beater. He can also block those damn annoying Thopter tokens that come out early. Curious Homunculus   helps out with mana early on and when it flips it becomes a solid defender or attacker and makes your spells cheaper.Thing in the Ice   is a great early game blocker and can sweep the board when he transforms.

Spells

Unsubstantiate Such a great card! It does not counter a spell, but returns it to the owner's hand which makes them waste time and mana. The card's versatility also allows you to return a creature to it's owner's hand.
Compelling Deterrence to send big threats back whether they are a creature, artifact, or enchantment. Galvanic Bombardment is great for early game spot removal and gets nastier the more you have in the graveyard. Also, if you have Harness the Storm out and let's say you have 3 Galvanic Bombardment in the graveyard, you can cast the one in your hand and the other 3 in your graveyard for a total of 4 red mana and 20 damage. Burn from Within for direct damage.Rise from the Tides for some late game board presence.

Enchantments

Harness the Storm already explained it above.Fevered Visions steady damage to your opponent, forces them to play something each turn. As always, I'm looking for suggestions to improve the deck. Please give me a +1 if you like and thanks!
