Yeah, dumb Harry Potter joke-- just go with it. Alright, so here's the idea--

Hardened Scales and Phalanx Leader heroic triggers out of Abzan Charm and and Incremental Growths. Shit gets big. And also hits your outlast triggers. Additionally, Let's not forget that Polukranos and Fleecemane can tell outlast to stick it, and handle their own +1/+1 counters.

Here's the part I love-- Ob-Nixilis, Free of Chains. The bastard triggers all of the outlast abilities out of things dying, and an opponent gets locked out of doing two fetches. Sure, he's late game, and they'll probably have their mana by then, but forcing fetches to be a dead draw make your opponent deal with Ob immediately.

Sure, it may not break the meta wide open, but it'll surely be fun to pilot.

Admittedly, the mana base is weak, but I feel the speed from Confluence is more important than the negligible lifegain from the refuge functional reprints.
