The new vampire tribe consists of massive amounts of creatures being shoved out to fight, and no one cares about Yahenni's ability to get more powerful when creatures die. His expertise is a massive board wipe that could pump Yahenni into an overbearing creature. Plus, with Captured by the Consulate it will be very hard to eliminate Yahenni. The other vampires will provide massive life gain and keep you alive until you can use Yahenni's Expertise.

This deck is mostly meant to be a good deck to sit on and wait for Rivals of Ixalan, while still being able to deal out some good damage in Standard and get a hang of white-black vampires before they become too popular.

It's more budget than it looks, Entomb is about 1/3 of the deck, and I just happen to have that so I added it in. Entomb was meant to combo with Bishop of Rebirth to grab Yahenni or another useful vampire. If you are really worried about expenses, then Gifted Aetherborn and Vona aren't really necessary, but are useful for surviving and combo killing.
