Haunted Humans was quite the deck in Standard play back in the day, here are some of the reasons why:

Mirran Crusader: A card that tells Green and Black decks to bend over and take it!

Honor of the Pure: Every single creature in your entire deck just got buffed!

Angelic Destiny: Turns Mirran Crusader and Student of Warfare into absolute beasts and comes back into your hand if either is somehow killed.

Grand Abolisher: Nothing bothers an opponent more than cards that disrupt their non-creature spells, also it is a removal magnet before cards like Mirran Crusader get played.

Path to Exile: Best single-creature removal spell in MTG!

The deck is pretty simple to play, your goal is to beatdown your opponent(s) and win by around turn 5.

Good Against:

• Green & Black decks.

• Decks with low/no removal spells.

• Tempo decks that depend on playing stuff on your turn.

Bad Against:

• Delver.

• Stupid cards like Vapor Snag.

Overall the deck is super fun to play. Nothing is more satisfying than laughing your ass off while your 6/6 flying, double strike Mirran Crusader is laying the smackdown on some lesser black/green deck player that has 3 removal spells in his hand.
