This deck is based upon forcing the oposing player to draw cards, and then punishing them for doing so
Card draw:
Font of Mythos Card draw for everyone
Howling Mine Another one
Temple Bell This one you can even time it whenever you want
Teferi's Puzzle Box A LOT of card draw, while not helping mill the opponent, it triggers the "Whenever an opponent draws a card" a lot, and avoids control players to stick to their best cards
Tomoya the Revealer This can get ridiculous late game, but at that point they are already dead.
Trade Secrets Force them to draw two cards and get up to four card myself, in case i didnt had enough. If necessary, i can choose not to draw the cards.
Forced Fruition 7 cards every time they play a spell? That will mill them out quite quickly
Punishing cards:
Ebony Owl Netsuke Most of the time, this deals 4 damage each turn. Just nice.
Price of Knowledge Once it is down (whit probably a few other of the card drawing artifacts) this will end the game quite quickly.
Underworld Dreams The opponent gets damaged every time they draw a card. Triple B is problematic, though.
Runeflare Trap We will never hard-cast this, but instead cast it for the reduced cost. Anywhere from 5 to 10 damage under normal circumstances for R is nice.
Kederekt Parasite An Underworld Dreams for one third of the price! It requires a red permanent though.
Psychosis Crawler A creature that scales out of our hand size, and that damages opponents upont card draw? Nice.
The two primary win conditions are either mill the opponent out, or kill them in the process.
There are other cards that help meget there while not losing myself:
Venser's Journal Hoard every single card, not having to discard them, plus giving a nice amount of health.
Archmage Ascension Once this gets in, it will get on in 6 turns, no mater what. And once it is on, if the opponent isn't dead yet, you can fetch exactly what is needed at any time.
Obstinate Familiar Allow us to skip drawing, so we dont mill ourselves, and turning on the Kederekt Parasite
