Concept: Make Havengul Vampire as fat as hell by: 1. sacrificing Bloodline Keeper's tokens using Barter in Blood and Killing Wave (abuse this bloodbath with Blood Artist). 2. Adding two (a creature dies, and he deals combat damage to player) +1/+1 counters on Havengul Vampire every combat phase via trample from Deviant Glee.
