I am confused on two things:1. Why does Haze Frog help you win?2. Why are there four Jace, the Mind Sculptors in your sideboard when you'd need some sort of blue mana source to get him onto the field?

The win condition is obvious: Out-Survive the opponent(s). A++ Loving it. That said, I prefer to build a deck that doesn't wreck the other guy's game (shrug). Even some stuff maybe to help people want to keep you in, such as a Rites of Flourishing.
I'd look at keeping the 4x cards strictly to main combo and save-my-ass cards, as well as draw mechanic. Cut the others down to 3x or 2x. With such a strong draw mechanic, I'd still run a huge deck, just toss in a little more hilarity and utility. Empyrial Plate or Empyrial Armor.
Having more than 61 cards is imperative for a draw-out win condition, and as your deck has some draw mechanic, the size is necessary. It does seem to want a few more lands in place of the 4x's though. (reckon I'd just ditch the Jace, but that's me) :D
Great deck!

I can't believe I just spent so much time on those comments...
So, personally I don't care about the FNM comments or any of that. The main reason why I took interest in this deck is because just by looking at it I know that it is not a "Haze Frog Dominates!" in the way that most people are seeing it, but simply a mechanic to be exploited.
It actually took me back a few years ago to when a close friend of mine and I played constantly. He built a red/green version of this that I'm not sure I ever saw lose until I built a deck solely focused on counter-spells. He used cards like Mimic Vat, Prototype Portal, and Wurmcoil Engine in ways that just made men cry, not to mention his focus on turning everything, to include land, into arts before destroying them with everything from Naturalize to Manic Vandal. If he couldn't do it to your permanents, he would do it to his wurms just to make the tokens, Mimic Vat or Prototype Portal them away, and then constantly make, attack, and destroy wurms for more creeps. Or you know, just Mimic Vat + Prototype Portal to make more vats to allow more things to exile to include his enemies creeps, or Liquimetal Coating + Manic Vandal + Mimic Vat . It's been years, and I still will not forget those combos.
I see here though that you've taken a different approach and instead of guaranteeing destruction, you ensure your own staying power with lifegain, fogs, and tap downs, and boardwipes (which you can cast before you ever have enough mana to cast creatures anyway, so odds are you won't miss much) and draw cards with alternate utility functions to keep pressure while accelerating your play. You can just as easily turn things that decide to block your infect elves into artifacts with your Liquimetal Coating and prevent any damage those things might do.
These are just some of my observations, and if, for some reason, you think I'm actually off base then please let me know, I might just learn something. Otherwise, I hope it helps some of the people coming in on this conversation in explaining what the purpose of this deck might actually be, instead of reading more about how much it sucks because of an opinion that someone decides that they don't want to share.
Green/White control deck ftw.

I'd reccomend you get a Mycosynth Lattice. It'll make your enemies cry as they are spit upon.

I am so confused as to what this deck actually does? why do you need the two planeswalkers? why are there so many playsets? you clearly have too many cards in the deck. and what is up with Haze Frog? I get that it is basically a Fog on legs, but its also 4 mana more than fog. why not just cut this down to the necessary cards to make a Liquimetal Coating control deck? you have the right creatures and spells, you just also have the wrong ones. I get that the Haze Frog has to be there to make the deck name make sense, but why not just sideboard it? so many questions to be had.

When you have a deck featured in the tutorial so it gets excessive attention even though it is a very expensive casual deck

It only took me a couple moments to realize how this deck worked and I got really excited, so I went ahead and playtested it to see what happened.. Well, I discovered that it was the most inconsistent thing on this side of the planet! Probably because there is 91 cards in the deck.. If you are interested in playing a deck like this, save yourself from spending money on an extra 31 cards and buy some dual lands lmao

you should replace your Day of Judgments with Wrath of Gods. Also, you should replace your Haze Frogs with Fogs and Isochron Scepters.
