Yeah, Mr. Vig!

This is my first attempt at building an EDH deck and I've been tweaking it constantly over the last few months. I think it's finally something approaching finished. Let me know what you think!

The Commander - Momir Vig, Simic Visionary is an extremely versatile and useful support commander. He is useful for tutoring up answers to any immediate threats, as well as digging for the last, missing combo pieces. There are lots of games where he's content to sit back and watch the rest of the deck work, though.

The deck aims to win by creating overwhelming board and card advantage. Prime Speaker Zegana and Deadeye Navigator with something like Lorescale Coatl gets ridiculous quickly; let's say the snake is 5/5, Zegana enters at 6/6, snake becomes 11/11, blink to make Zegana 12/12, snake becomes 23/23...

Mirror-Mad Phantasm and Creeping Renaissance / Praetor's Counsel is another solid combo. It was inspired by playing my friend's mill deck; he would always try to Traumatize me but I would end up recurring my entire graveyard, which traumatized him. Laboratory Maniac is there to lend a hand if I deck myself, not an uncommon occurrence.

Aluren is just a silly card all-around. This is a new card for this deck and I LOVE it. With a Vig in play, I can play almost all of the 3-drop creatures in the deck, if they're fetched in the right order and the triggers are arranged properly. Cloudstone Curio can create infinite loops which also let me draw out to win with Laboratory Maniac

The deck is also pretty efficient at beatdowns with cards like Master Biomancer, mass token generators like Avenger of Zendikar and of course Craterhoof Behemoth. Honestly, I am discovering new synergies every time I play this deck, and am learning to let Vig take a backseat and seeing how things play out.

My maybeboard are cards that I would like to include for the deck, but don't currently have the resources to acquire. Even without them, I am very happy with how the deck currently plays. Any feedback or suggestions are always welcome!
