This deck is a semi-budget EDH deck that utterly abuses ETB triggers. The deck works by:

1. Mana ramping with mana rocks.

2. Casting Brago, King Eternal and enchanting him with something that will make him unblockable. If your opponent doesn't have any flying creatures, enchanting him isn't even necessary. However, most of the enchantments that make him unblockable will also protect him from the color of your choice ( Pentarch Ward ) or from being targeted (Whispersilk Cloak), so it is never a complete waste.

3. Swinging with your commander to abuse those ETB triggers. Explaining every type of ETB trigger in this deck would take too much space. Trust me when I say that there are plenty of those.

4. Playing stax cards like Stasis to really throw off your opponents.

Possible Turn Three insane combo:

Turn 1:

1. Play an Island

2. Tap the Island to play Sol Ring

3. Tap the Sol Ring to play Strionic Resonator

Turn 2:

1. Play a Plains

2. Tap the Sol Ring to play Voltaic Key

3. Use the single floating mana from the Sol Ring to use Voltaic Key untap ability to untap the Sol Ring

4. Tap all your mana sources to play Brago, King Eternal

Turn 3:

1. Play any basic land

2. Tap the Sol Ring

3. Untap the Sol Ring with Voltaic Key

4. Tap the Sol Ring again

5. Use the three floating mana to cast Basalt Momolith

6. Tap Basalt Monolith and one Island to cast Nevermaker

7. Swing and hit with Brago, King Eternal

8. Use Brago, King Eternal's ability to exile and bring back Basalt Monolith and Sol Ring in order to untap them both.

9. Combo time:

Tap the Sol Ring to use Strionic Resonator to copy Brago, King Eternal's ability. Then use his ability to "untap" Strionic Resonator and Sol Ring again and to blink Nevermaker . Repeat....

The above combo not only produces infinite mana, but it can use any ETB ability. The array of permanents in this deck allow it to be used for infinite draw (Prophetic Prism), decking your opponent (Stroke of Genius if you can produce three mana with mana rocks), infinite bounce (above example), infinite destruction ( Monk Realist ), infinite tokens ( Myr Battlesphere ), OR ALL OF THOSE THINGS AT ONCE. Also, if you don't draw basalt monolith, this is possible by turn four.

A few decent cards in this deck that are made even better with Brago, King Eternal are Mystic Remora , Unquestioned Authority , Venser, the Sojourner .
