This is a fairly straightforward mono-red combo/control deck for commander. The decks components are mostly the pieces of the combo with redundancy, rummage and loot effects to find those pieces, a few backup plans, and using red punishment and control effects to secure the combo. There's also a sizable mana ramp, ritual, and rock package to support speeding up the deck to win as fast as possible.

Heartless Hidetsugo+Furnace of Rath = All or all but 1 damage to all players. Six other damage doublers are included for redundancy and "making sure". These are grouped under "Doublers" in the decklist.

This deck 7 cards as methods of preventing self-destruction. These are grouped under "Self-Kill Prevention" in the decklist. The three that grant an equipped creature lifelink are for equipping to the commander when going off, to gain back the life that was dealt before SBAs are checked.

In addition, a number of haste enablers are added to ensure that the commander does not need to sit on the battlefield for a full round before using his ability. These are under "Hasters" in the decklist.

Comments & Advice

I'm mostly looking for advice on how to better pursue the goals of this deck, which include the ideas above. Primarily the combo, the mono-red control package, and the methods to secure my combo (Ramp and Rummage/Looting).
