Yes. double Heartless Summoning and Solemn Simulacrum with Havengul Lich means you draw as many cards and play as many lands (tapped) as you have mana to activate Lich's ability. Also, you have the single Heartless Summoning and Perilous Myr with Havengul Lich for 2 damage per mana spent, which if they can't RFG your Perilous Myr means game.

very interesting... i like it. agree with suggestions for the Phyrexian Metamorph and adding more of the Perilous Myr , and Solemn Simulacrum though i just feel it will help you get your combo more consistently.

I like this deck +1. I played a grixis control version of this deck for the infinite combo with Priest of Urabrask and Faithless Looting and I like the control aspects of this deck. That being said I probably would sub out most of the spot removal for board wipers, there's not much that 3 mana, a lich out and a Perilous Myr in the yard can't kill. (with heartless out too)
For another format...add Amulet of Vigor to the heartless simulacrum loop and you get as many cards in your hand as you have land in your deck
