So this started off as a super casual deck before I realized that Heartless Summoning is GOOD. Like, very good. The deck seeks to abuse heartless summoning in various ways, with myrs being a sort of subtheme (more prominent in casual form).

Deck Breakdown:

Heartless Summoning - the centerpiece for the deck. Makes all my already powerful and undercosted creatures even more undercosted for the small price of one measly power and toughness. Also allows for some seriously powerful interactions.

Havengul Lich - a very underplayed card that makes for some absurd machine gunning with Heartless Summoning. Sorcery speed repeatable Shock for 1 and sorcery speed repeatable draw 2 for 1U?!!! Holy crap, yes.

Perilous Myr - Heartless Summoning turns him into a free, sorcery speed Shock, made repeatable by Havengul Lich. Awesome.

Mulldrifter - sorcery speed draw 2 for U or a divination with a free 1/1 flyer with heartless summoning. Repeatedly use his evoke cost with Havengul Lich for insanity.

Myr Superion - a free 4/5? I'll take it. Compares favorably size-wise to Tarmogoyf, especially when a Heartless Summoning is out. Super strong.

Desecration Demon - already an undercosted unfair monster (his "downside" is killing your opponent's creatures. How is that a downside, again?), he turns into an absolute nightmare with Heartless Summoning. A 5/5 flying creature eating demon for BB??????? Dear God...

Sower of Temptation - this kind of effect is almost never under 3 cmc, and having it for essentially UU is absolutely ridiculous.

Cryptic Command - a great classic control spell.

Inquisition of Kozilek - another sweet control spell. Given Modern's meta, there are very few spells used that cost more than 3.

Mana Leak - classic counterspell, solid for the early game (but not so much later).

Smother - like Inquisition of Kozilek, this is a metagame choice since almost no creatures cost more than 3 now.

Thoughtseize - just in case some random card with mana cost over 3 happens to be in someone's deck...

Sideboard:

Deathmark - for dealing with problem creatures like Wild Nacatl , Tarmogoyf, various angels, etc.

Dismember - more removal for indestructible dudes, just in case.

Negate - helps out against storm and other such decks.

Palladium Myr - for casting the threats after game 1, when people side in enchantment hate.

Shadow of Doubt - stops tutoring, good against pod.

Spellskite - good against control and as a wall against aggro. Also becomes a free creature with Heartless Summoning.

Falkenrath Noble - has some sweet synergy with this deck, protects against red burn and drains people pretty quick.

This deck is fun and pretty powerful when it gets rolling, but still a little rough around the edges. I could abuse Heartless Summoning with more myrs and Falkenrath Noble main (like Myr Sire and Myr Retriever for a ton of life/reusability), but that sacrifices the power of some of the main threats. If anyone wants to help, advice is greatly appreciated. Thanks!
