I am getting back into the game for commander, but I want to make my favourite tribal type - Merfolk - as beastly as possible.

Let's get Hakbal and the fishpeople into cEDH limelight and co-operate to create something truly dipicable and teach all these landwalkers what it means to fear the sea.

I only want to have the one deck, maybe some options to sub out and make the deck less competitive depending who I'm playing with but for now this is the precon with a few tweaks. I know exactly some changes among the obvious such as a better landbase and the rest of the "Lord" effects in the best creature type ever.

So, without further ado, open the floodgates and let's show cEDH players why they should fear the fish just like they are in every other format (at some stage).
