Guttersnipe ? Super cool synergy if you have him with Purphoros, God of the Forge and Young Pyromancer . Play something like Molten Birth trigger Guttersnipe , burn for 2, trigger Young Pyromancer , make a token, trigger Purphoros, God of the Forge , burn for 2, Molten Birth resolves, make 2 tokens, Purphoros, God of the Forge triggers twice, burn for 4. Now you have 3 tokens and have burned them for 6 for the turn.
