I like the uber aggressive nature of your deck, but the way I see it you aren't sticking to the game plan.
Blood Artist is not really fitting the theme right now. Sure you get some damage in from dead creatures, but it would be better to focus on hard hitting creatures imo.
Rakdos, Lord of Riots is not helping your creatures: Many of your creatures have no colorless mana costs. Maybe Desecration Demon instead? He has synergy with Blood Artist as well and only needs black mana, making him easier to cast.
I would switch out Killing Wave for Bonfire of the Damned if you have the cash. If you get some bonfires then Blood Artist starts to get insane!
Perhaps add 2x Tibalt, the Fiend-Blooded ? He could serve you well if the game goes late

I would agree with taking out Killing Wave . I think that given the aggro nature of your deck it's likely you will end up with more creatures in the field than your opponent at which point Killing Wave will not be a good card to play for you. Bonfire of the Damned is a nice card. Magmaquake isn't bad either.
I, personally, don't like Desecration Demon - the main problem I have with it is that people can just sacrifice a creature and stall a turn until they draw any sorcery like Oblivion Ring or Murder or something else to deal with it. I can see how it would be good and with Blood Artist it would combo really, really nicely because whatever they do - they take damage. I understand that it can be an amazing card BUT I do have some concerns about it. There are other nice black cards. Nefarox, Overlord of Grixis forces them to sacrifice a creature when it attacks alone - giving control and syncing with Blood Artist . I'll try and think of others.....

Sorry, just realised Magmaquake wouldn't work in your deck. Apologies.

I like this deck, I also have a B/R aggro deck. But mine is Zombie focused with Blood Artist and Falkenrath Aristocrat as a win conditions for sacrificing. My only concern with this deck is the Blood Artist not having enough sac outlets for its ability to activate. Killing Wave does a good job, but it might be hard to get the morbid trigger without using a burn spell before hand.
I think it would be better to put Ash Zealot in instead of Blood Artist or slow Rakdos, Lord of Riots
+1 for a great aggro deck. Good job.

After seeing all the suggestions, I think I'll take out Blood Artist , or at least put him in the sideboard. Killing Wave was meant for the sideboard, I was tired when I added it so I'm fixing that. I cannot add Bonfire of the Damned because it's simply too expensive. I would love to have 2 of those in the deck, but it's just WAY too expensive for me. I don't buy cards, I do trade-ins or just straight trades. Aside from that, the only other problem was Rakdos, Lord of Riots. I've got him in the deck because of the 6/6 Flying Trample benefit. I realize it's not ideal, but it fits the flavor for me, and I like it. If any of you have suggestions as to how I can swap him for something equally horrifying, please let me know. I plan on commenting back to you all individually, so expect a +1 from me soon!

Having read ChiefBells comments I must say he makes a good point, but I will take the time to elaborate why I like Desecration Demon .
Nefarox, Overlord of Grixis is two mana steeper in the curve (that's a lot in uber aggro) and Demonlord of Ashmouth forces you to give up a creature of your own. If you don't plan on running Blood Artist , then it is not a good card for this deck.
Desecration Demon is actually a very nice card. Sure it may never actually do any damage, but look at it as a consistent kill spell: He forces your opponents to sacrifice creatures or take damage - and he even gets bigger when they give in to his evil abilities. It is a big fat target for Murder , sure, but the rest of your deck poses serious damage on it's own and if your opponent sacrifices creatures he has none to block your rakdos army.
On a final note: Rakdos, Lord of Riots has a harder casting cost (your mana needs to be right), he is tricky to cast (you must deal damage), he is legendary (only one in the board at any time) and you don't fully utilize his ability to make creatures cheaper as most of your creatures don't use colorless mana.

I like the deck. I would add Hellrider over Rakdos, Lord of Riots. As for your sideboard I would add another Slaughter Games, 2 Grafdigger's Cage, 3 Pithing Neddle for more control and Planeswalkers tend to hate Pithing Needle.

I am just now realizing the amazing potential of rakdos. I like your ideas surrounding these cards. Why not throw in some other one drop creatures like Diregraf Ghoul or Gravecrawler ? I know you don't have zombies in your deck but it still has good power for a one drop.

I like the deck I think that it's really solid. The only suggestions I would have is to add a board clearing card like Mizzium Mortars for mirror matches and tokens. You could probably take out 1 Fling and 1 card:Rakdos's Return for a few mizzium. Bonfire of the damned could work as well. As far as the mainboard goes Hellrider would work wonders in this deck the problem comes when you need to find a slot. I don't know how Thunderous Wrath has worked for you, but if you find that it's not as helpful as you imagined try hellrider. Ash Zealot may be mainboard material if you have the shock lands. I've been looking at card:Devil's Play as a possible endgame in my deck that you commented on so if you need a late game burn finisher give it a try. Thanks for commenting on my deck rakdos deck I already put in Desecration Demon and just need a place for Bump in the Night

This is an interesting mid-range drift of Rakdos
IMO 20 land is far to few. Since you are curving into 7x 4cc drops, 22 to 23 land might be a better number. Possibly side the Dreadbore for the space for 1x Blood Crypt and 1x Swamp .
my 2 cents at least.

I would definitely try out the Ash Zealot over the Rakdos Shred-Freak since you probably have the decent amount of red mana sources. She's a definite killer, and the first strike makes it difficult on early one and two drops on you opponents.+1 from me!

Hellrider , Vexing Devil , mix well with that you're doing
Rakdos Cackler should be 4 ofs with Rakdos Shred-Freak , I hate consistently being hit for 4 on turn 2.and then being finished off a few turns later by a fling o fa creature that just hit me.
Traitorous Instinct /Traitorous Blood makes fling even more evil.
