My no budget signature UW control deck.

My favorite creature Grand Arbiter Augustin IV as commander, delaying my opponents as early as t1 with the Tier 1 Rocks. adding more tax, stax, hatebears and free and cheap counterspells to be in ultimate control. Giving me time to set up the Knowledge Pool lock with one of the 4 options that go with it. heavy tutorpackage with Transmute Artifact etc. the wincon is Helm of Obedience + Rest in Peace .

Its my strongest deck lvl 8 (1/6), also the strongest one in my meta which doesnt go above powerlevel 7 often actually, usually its around 5 or 6. Im transparant, they know it so its 3 vs 1 usually and thats fair. sometimes i pull it off sometimes i dont.
