With the new Dega/Mardu legends coming out in Khans of Tarkir, I updated my previous Tariel tap out control deck to run with the new khan Zurgo. As with the previous deck, the goal here is to control the board until you can cast Zurgo, throw some swords on him, and keep swinging. Sometimes you just get the great hand of land, land, sol ring, signet, 2 other spells and just get to swing in with Zurgo on turn 2 for a (helm)smashingly good time!

Life in this deck is a very precarious resource. If you are not extremely vigilant about it, you can (and will) be your own downfall. It is not uncommon for you to deal 20-40+ points of damage to yourself each game.
